The Hearthstone Bistro, founded by Franklin and Gina Lister, has been a West Michigan dining destination since 1975 offering European bistro classics, contemporary cuisine, warm hospitality and unparalleled service. The restaurant’s casual approach to creative French, Italian and American fare appeals to a new generation of diners by offering small plates and starters that encourage sharing and relaxed dining.
The culinary team, lead by Chef Owner Gina Lister and Executive Chef Josh Sandberg, is committed to using fresh ingredients, locally sourced, and creatively interpreted. Specialties include bistro classics such as Steak Frites and Mussels as well as contemporary American favorites including Tomahawk Ribeye Steak and award winning Almond Brioche Lake Perch. Renown for its Gratineed French Onion and Cheddar Ale soup with popcorn, the bistro also features creative salads, sandwiches and pastas.
Guests may dine in the relaxed and intimate atmosphere of the Bistro or outdoors in the lush European inspired Garden Terrace in season. For private dining, Suite 24 is available for groups of up to 40. We look forward to welcoming you!
